How Long Will My Order Take?
Are you in a hurry? Forgot to order your badges? No problem – We can ship tags in ONE DAY with an approved design. Our standard time is a bit longer but we can EXPEDITE ANY ORDER to meet your deadline.
Normal production time is 48 hours after you approve your final design with all your names laid out on the design template.
But the bottom line is – you tell us when you need them – and that is when you receive them – we are here to help you!
How Long Is Shipping?
We have provided a UPS map to show standard ground shipping times. However any order can be shipped to arrive faster by air. We use FedEx for air shipments of our name badges because they are the most reliable. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE ARE NO ABSOLUTE GUARANTEES IN AIR SHIPPING – The only guarantee is that you will be refunded the freight if your order does not arrive on time. We can do our job and give it to the freight company but it is up to them to have your name tags arrive on time.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Standard ground for most orders (5-30 badges) is around $7. Air shipping is a bit more. Please give us a call for an exact quote on air freight charges.
What Is The Best Way To Order?
First give us a call, this way we can discuss your unique name badge needs and determine exactly what you need. We can also answer all of your artwork and delivery questions. We will then ask you to put your basic information, company name – contact information – badge information - names etc. into an email and submit it to us. We will then do a proposed layout and send it to you for your approval.
Payment Policy
You may pay for your order with most major credit cards, check, money order or by purchase order with approved credit.

Sales Tax Policy
All orders in Mississippi are subject to a 7% sales tax. If you are in any other state we do not have to currently charge sales tax on your name badge order.

Most reorders ship in 48 hours, once we have your approval of your proof
How Much Is Your Set Up Fee?
If you wish to use a logo on your FIRST TIME ORDER the set up fee is $25. If you have badges but NO LOGO/There is not a set up fee. For all REORDERS THERE IS NOT A SET UP FEE.
Do You Send Proofs?
All orders receive proofs; we want to make sure that you receive your name tags exactly the way you want. This is a free service and we send as many proofs as needed till we have your approval.
Can I Receive A Sample?
We send FREE SAMPLES to all interested people. For large orders (over 100 pc) we will send an exact example of badge to insure that you get the exact name tag that you want. Click here to order your free name tag sample.
