To facilitate the production of your name tags we have certain requirements for preparing your list of names. By following these guidelines it will help us greatly in producing your name tags faster and more accurately.
- Names must be submitted in electronic format such as MS Word, WordPerfect, Excel or basic email
- Please place the first name first and last name last.
- Please use all upper and lower case letters. This makes your names easier to read on your name tags
- If using Excel please place the entire name in a single cell
- If you have a title please use the following example for Word, WordPerfect or email:
John Smith(name on one line)
President(Title on second line)
If your tag uses 2 lines for the name please submit the names this way:
John
Smith
If you are using Excel please place the name in one cell and the title in a
separate cell. Please use upper and lower case letters, font selection is not important.
If you have photos please either save the photo by the persons name or
submit your list of photos with corresponding names and photo numbers:
Photo 1 - John Smith(in Word, Excel etc)
or
JohnSmith.jpg(Actual file name)
