The digital process transfers your unique image into the surface of the badge creating an image that is long lasting, clear and scratch off proof. In years past if you wanted multi-color plastic name tags you were forced to purchase your badges in a large quantity in order to receive an affordable price. By utilizing the digital process we can imprint as few as one badge in rich full color. This makes reordering super easy and production times very fast. The digital process is fantastic but it does have its limitations in color accuracy. We can approximate most colors very closely, but we do not guarantee exact color matches. Most clients are very happy with the finished products and color reproduction, however if there is a problem we will notify you in advance of creating the name tags allowing you the opportunity to make changes to the design or style name tag.

Plastic name tags are composed of 3/32 inch thick white plastic FR material. Most come with rounded corners however beveled edges are available. The tags start as a basic white, which allows for custom color backgrounds and patterns. Another advantage of the plastic name badge is that it is easily shaped to create unique one of a kind designs.
