It seems that every day we are shipping name badges air freight to customers for delivery by a certain deadline. Please understand that the only “GUARANTEE OF DELIVERY” is that if the package does not arrive on time – the shipping company will refund the shipping fee.
There is no absolute guarantee delivery of your name badges.
The shipping companies have people that work for them and everyone knows that people make mistakes. Our air shipments have a 99.9% on time arrival rate but this does mean that on occasion - mistakes will happen. This is not our fault it is the shipping companies fault.
IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES LATE AND YOU MISS AN EVENT – YOU STILL ARE LIABLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE NAME BADGES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FREIGHT COMPANY SHIPPING ERRORS.
We will do everything in our power to insure that your order is delivered on time and in perfect shape but some things are out of our control. We will intercede for you with the shipping company – yell – scream – kick whatever we can do to help – but it is still up to the shipper to help you and me.
If we make a shipping error we will accept full responsibility for this and do what it takes to have your order arrive when and where it needs to be or you will not be charged for your order.
Ground shipping has suggested delivery times but those are not guaranteed. So the best method is to allow for an extra day to make sure if there is a problem that there will be time to rectify the situation.
