The name tag is a high quality metal tag surrounded by a beautiful gold metal frame. The name tag attaches to your clothing via a magnetic attachment which prevents damaging your clothes. The area where World Headquarters is written is where you may customize your tags with your State and or Chapter.

The price for the name tag is $7.50 per tag. Shipping will vary according to how many you order – but generally it does not exceed $7 for the entire order. For orders of 1 – 2 tags we us the US Postal service and the shipping is just $2.50 for the entire order. For more than 2 name tags we use UPS to ship your badges.

To order your tags just fill out the form below and hit submit. We will then contact you confirming your order. If you do not receive this confirmation please give us a call as there was a error in receiving you order. We generally ship in 3-4 days after receiving your order.
