The way the magnetic tag works is a two part process. The name tag has a steel bar affixed to the back of the tag. The second part is that you have a separate magnetic bar that connects goes behind your article of clothing and attaches directly through the garment. This type of attachment means that you no longer have to punch holes through your clothes.
