Metal Name Tags - A touch of elegance

The look and feel of real metal is hard to beat. The brushed gold or silver finish adds a touch of elegance and class to any name tag.

Metal name tags are mainly used in a corporate setting. The metal used is aluminum with a brushed finish. The two main colors are brushed gold or silver but we do offer white and bronze. The silver or white metal tends to show color better but the gold and bronze work quite well. After printing we round the corners to finish the name tag and give it a professional appearance. To top the badge off we recommend a nice metal badge frame to accent your tag.

We digitally imprint most badges verses engraving. This type of printing allows us to imprint your design in full color as well as taking advantage of the wide variety of type styles available. By digitally imprinting the metal name tags the lettering and logo design turn out much bolder and easier to read, yielding a more professional name tag.

Engraving metal is produced by scratching the surface with a diamond tip cutter. This type of engraving has limited type styles available and the lettering does not turn out as crisp and visible as digital printing.

If there is any pitfalls of having a metal name tag it is the tags susceptibility to scratches. If you use common sense and exercise caution you can prevent most scratches.
